A hot air balloon flight is a must in Cappadocia. Rise with hundreds of balloons at dawn, glide over the fairy chimneys and celebrate with champagne on landing.

April–June and September–November are ideal: mild weather and high balloon success rate. For snowy landscapes December–February, and April–May for greenery around the fairy chimneys.
